Service Compressor

Routine maintenance prolongs the life of your compressor. We offer breakdown cover and planned maintenance visits on a national basis in the UK.

We can carry out work on the following compressor manufacturers machines:

Abac, Alup, HPC, Atlas Copco, Ingersoll Rand, Fini, Avelair, Demag, Gardner Denver, Clarke, SIP, Hydrovane and many more.We service piston, screw, scroll and vane compressors.

The most common service plan is the biannual service arrangement where one minor and one major service will be completed per year. We have included an example of our biannual service plan below for a rotary screw compressor.

Minor Service

Replace air filter
Replace oil filter
Clean oil coolers and condensate drains.
Check minimum pressure valve, oil stop valve and thermostatic valve for correct operation.
Check and adjust pressure switches.
Check safety circuits for correct operation.
Check electrical connections.
Clean cooler matrix on refrigeration dryer and adjust hot gas valve if necessary.
Drain and replace lubricating fluid.

Major Service

Replace air filter

Replace air/oil separator element
